What we do
Everything the books need, under one roof.
Most small businesses juggle a bookkeeper, a tax preparer, and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. This is all three, done properly, by one person.
Bookkeeping & monthly close
Reconciled accounts and real financial statements every month, so you always know where you stand.
More detailSales tax returns
Prepared and filed on schedule, with the taxability questions worked out properly the first time.
More detailTax preparation
Business and personal returns handled by the same CPA who keeps the books. Nothing gets lost in translation.
More detailSmall business advisory
The conversation most bookkeepers don't have: what the numbers mean and what to do about them.
More detailCleanup & catch-up
Months or years behind? That is a normal place to start, and it is fixable.
More detailYear-round support
A CPA who answers the phone in June, not just in the run-up to a deadline.
More detailWho we work with
Industries where the details actually matter.
Every business has its own quirks in the books. These are the ones we know well enough that you will not spend the first month explaining them.
Auto & performance shops
Parts and labor margins, technician pay, open repair orders, and the sales tax questions that come with them.
Learn more →Professional practices
Doctors, dentists, and attorneys. Insurance receivables, owner compensation, and practice-specific reporting.
Learn more →Small business & trades
Contractors, consultants, and service companies that need books they can actually make decisions from.
Learn more →The unfair advantage
A CPA who has actually been in the shop.
Twelve years in the automotive industry before the CPA license, and still doing the books today for Southern Performance, a performance and dyno shop in Orlando.
That means no explaining what a core charge is, why parts and labor are taxed differently, or how flat-rate hours land in payroll. The conversation starts somewhere useful.
Most accountants have never set foot in a shop. It shows in the questions they ask.
Twelve years in automotive, twenty in accounting. Both at once is rare.
How it works
Three steps, no mystery.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask.
Do I need a bookkeeper, or a CPA?
Most small businesses end up paying for both: a bookkeeper for the monthly work and a CPA at tax time. Here they are the same person, which means nothing gets lost in the handoff and the return is built on books that were kept with the return in mind.
My books are a long way behind. Is that a problem?
No. Cleanup and catch-up work is a normal way to start, and it is more common than you would think. We work out how far back to go, get it current, then set up something that keeps it from slipping again.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. The practice is based in Orlando and works with clients across the country. Everything is handled securely online, so location is rarely a constraint.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size and complexity of your business and how far behind the books are. The discovery call is free and ends with a clear quote, so you will know the number before committing to anything.
What software do you work in?
Primarily QuickBooks. If you are already running something else, that is usually workable. It is one of the first things we cover on the discovery call.
How do we actually get started?
Book a discovery call or send a message. The first conversation is about understanding your business and what you need; there is no obligation and no pressure.
Let's start with a conversation.
A free discovery call about your business, your books, and what is actually getting in the way. No pressure, no obligation.
